1.6 The customer agrees to pay for any order confirmed by his/her web login account and agrees to indemnify the Company for all claims, losses and damages made by any third party as a result of any person using the customer's web login account to order goods. Customers are responsible for updating the registration information provided.
1.7 The Company shall make every effort to complete each order confirmed by the customer through the Company's online store, but if the Company refuses or is unable to complete any order for any reason (including shortage of goods or changes in supply), the Company shall not be liable to any person in this regard.
1.8 Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 1.7, the Company reserves the right to refuse to accept any order if it considers in its sole discretion that the order is not reliable for credit reasons.
1.9 You must use your personal password to log into our online store. The Company is not responsible for any handling of passwords after offline and customers must ensure that their personal passwords are kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. The Company shall make every effort to prevent any unauthorized persons from accessing the Company's online store. However, if any third party uses the customer's web login account to log into the Company's online store without authorization, the Company shall not be liable for any related losses or damages.
1.10 All orders are subject to the Company's sole discretion and are accepted based on stock availability.
2. Goods
2.1 The products listed in this online store may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice due to shortage of supply.
2.2 The Company shall make every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions of the products on this website are accurate but cannot guarantee that the images and/or descriptions are exactly the same as the actual products.
3. Installation Service
3.1 All products in this online store do not include installation services.
4. Price
4.1 The Company will make every effort to ensure that the prices, information and sizes of the products listed on the Company's online store are correct; however, the Company reserves the right to change the prices and other information of the products without prior notice.
4.2 The prices of goods advertised on our online store are for online shopping purposes only. Individual products may be adjusted according to market prices. The prices provided on the website are for reference only. The selling price of the products is subject to the company's confirmation of the order.
4.3 If there is any discrepancy between the order record provided online and the sales order finally issued by the Company, the sales order finally issued shall prevail.
5. Payment
5.1 The Company may change the payment methods of Priceline Online Store at any time without prior notice.
5.2 All administrative fees and surcharges incurred in all transaction payments are charged to the payment service company and cannot be refunded under any circumstances (including but not limited to cancellation of the transaction).
6. Delivery
6.1 After verifying the order and payment, the Company will generally deliver the goods within 2 working days.
Note: Delivery service is not available in severe weather conditions (e.g. when Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect). The relevant orders will be dispatched after the relevant warning is removed.
6.2 Every effort will be made to ensure that orders are processed as quickly as possible. If an order is not sent within 2 business days, the Company is not required to notify you and will not be liable for any related losses or damages.
6.3 The customer/authorized recipient must carefully check and count the goods before signing for them. Signing for them means that the goods are complete.
6.4 All goods sent by the Company are packaged for protection. You should check the goods before signing for them. If the goods are intact and damaged during delivery, you should refuse to sign for them and apply for compensation from the courier company. Once you have signed for them, the Company will not be responsible.
6.5 All orders are subject to final confirmation depending on the availability of the relevant goods. If the Company is unable to supply any goods ordered, the Company reserves the right to modify or refuse to accept the order without prior notice.
6.6 The Company reserves the right to refuse to deliver goods to any customer at its absolute discretion.
7. Change Order
7.1 Once a customer has confirmed an order in our online store, they cannot change the order.
7.2 If the Customer requests a change to any order and the Company accepts it, the Company reserves the right to charge the Customer an administration fee.
7.3 If the Customer requests changes to any order and the Company accepts such changes, the price payable in respect of that order will be adjusted to take account of the changes made; any such adjustment will be stated on the sales note.
7.4 Once the online payment process is completed, no returns or refunds will be accepted for any products. You must carefully check all product information, including product type, specifications and price before ordering.
8. Ownership
8.1 The Company reserves the right to own the relevant goods until the customer pays the full amount of the purchase price of the product, and the relevant risks will be deemed to have been transferred to the customer when the relevant goods are delivered to the customer.
9. Return and Exchange Policy
9.1 For products purchased from our online store, customers are entitled to a 7-day replacement guarantee, subject to the following terms and conditions:
I. Customers must contact Customer Service within 7 days of order confirmation to apply for a replacement.
II. Exchange of products is limited to products of the same model, color and size.
III. A complete original receipt must be presented when exchanging items.
IV. The replacement product must be accompanied by the complete packaging, instructions and all accessories.
9.2 The Company only provides product replacement services and does not provide returns or refunds.
9.3 The Company only provides in-store exchange services.
9.4 If the product has any quality problems due to factory defects, the customer must contact the customer service department within 3 days of receipt of the product. However, quality problems do not include the following situations:
I. Defects caused by the normal manufacturing process.
II. Differences between goods and displays due to the natural characteristics of the materials.
III. Imperfections caused by production technology
9.5 In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
10. Liability
10.1 The Company’s liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage or injury (so far as permitted by law) arising directly or indirectly from any defect or failure of the Goods to conform to such specification or any other breach of the Company’s obligations hereunder shall in no event exceed the price stated in the Sales Order for the Goods.
10.2 The Company shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect or special damages or losses of any nature; nor shall the Company be liable for damages or losses caused by any other person.
10.3 The Customer shall ensure that the Goods are not used for purposes for which they are not intended and shall be responsible for exercising all necessary skill and care in handling and using the Goods. The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Company assumes no obligation or liability for any advice or information provided in relation to the Products and the Company shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in such information. Customers accept goods entirely at their own risk.
10.4 The Company is not responsible for and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from transmission delays, telecommunications network failures, omissions or delays in processing customer orders.
10.5 The Company’s failure to exercise any right, power or remedy under these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of that or any other right, power or remedy under these Terms and Conditions.
11. Force Majeure

14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). In the event of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
15. Disputes
15.1 The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
15.2 In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision without further notice.
